Tvivla (in english = to doubt) is a company consisting of Ove Holmberg and his large network of Agile pioneers. Tvivlas pioneers are active in the field of qualified Agile and Lean coaching. We believe, after doubting, that the experience and perspectives from similar organizations that we possess, make us a good discussion partner and support in your Agile venture. The doubt we possess is our courage, perspective and experience that allows you to create faith in a tailored agile environment for you, rather than a package solution. The company is small but its network is large.

We have no customers, only partners. Do you want to become one? Contact us!

Our mission

For organizations that need development, learning, support and inspiration around agility, we are your partner around learning, coaching and facilitation. Unlike larger players, we offer cutting-edge expertise with experience, perspective and doubt via our network. In parallels we are also working for homeless people in Stockholm with donations and hands on work.

We believe in doubt.

Doubt is the basis of all knowledge and the engine of change. With doubt we challenge the status quo for the sake of efficiency and happiness.

The way we challenge your status quo is by applying a TEAM and SAFETY first approach to create a LEAN and Agile environment for you to grow business and people in.

We execute this by adding perspectives from previous agile transformations. Education, coaching, facilitation and mentorship are our tools. Executives, product owners, project managers, business analysts, scrum masters and agile coaches are our teammates.

But before you believe this – doubt!

"I believe in doubt.
Doubt is the basis of all knowledge
and the engine of all change.
Doubt is, to make doubtly sure, the prerequisite of faith.
He who believes without first doubting
is an exculting blockhead and a tinkling cymbal.
And he who believes without at the same time doubting
is hardly less of an exculting blockhead
and hardly less of a tinkling cymbal.

Faith can remove mountains
but doubt can put them back in place again.
I also believe in doubt hereafter,
doubt that constantly rectifies
constantly asks questions
and provides answers to the questions
for ever and ever.

Doubt never fails.
But whether there be prophecies, they shall vanish away,
whether there be tounges, they shall cease,
whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
For we know in part
If I spoke with the tongues of men and of angels
but had no doubt
I would be but a sounding brass
and a tinkling cymbal.

Doubt suffers long, and is kind.
Doubt does not envy, doubt does not vaunt itself,
is not puffed up.
Does not behave itself unseemly,
seeks not her own, is not easily provoked,
thinks no evil.
Rejoices not in iniquity,
but rejoices in the truth.
Bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things.

And now abides,
faith hope, doubt, these three;
but the greatest of these is doubt.
Or maybe it was love.
Now I am uncertain again. Darn blasted.
Verily I say unto you?"
